Following Kodi's 'thumb' artwork specs optionally render a still from newly downloaded video.

  • Probably best to to take it from a fixed position such as 10% into the video file.
  • Make sure image dimension adhere to Kodi's spec of max 960 px width × max 540 px height
  • One dimension must be maxed out, or with 16:9 aspect ration both dimensions
